Pain
My computer sounds like it's dying. Or at least in severe pain. I've narrowed down the sound to the CPU fan, which obviously isn't a good thing. Every once in a while it starts grinding. It actually sounds like it's screaming "NOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooo" at five-second intervals. It's very disturbing and it gave me a bit of a headache all of last weekend. Today I pried the heck out of the fan with a screwdriver and now it's a bit quieter for the time being.
My CPU temperature stays around 36 Celcius at idle and never higher than 52 Celcius while compiling a big package so I think the fan is actually functioning fine. But I'm still waiting for the day when I come home from work and find a smoldering puddle of metal where my CPU used to be. I'm almost hoping it happens, so I have an excuse to buy a faster CPU. I got my AMD 64 X2 3800 last summer and already it's pretty much a dinosaur.

Not to be a nitpick or anything but here's a few things I notice about the new design.
The comments box does not have padding on the inside of the box (i.e when you write, your text is stuck to the top/left corner of the box). This is also true for the Name/e-mail/website fields.
The change theme dropdown at the top right corner defaults to 'Black' even if that's not the current theme I am browsing with.
As always, 'Submit. Moo.' is the best part of the website.
OK, I've added some padding. I agree, lack of padding is bad. I always use padding on input fields, but I must've forgotten this time.
Yeah I noticed the quirk with the skin selector. I think I fixed it.
Holy makeover, Batman!
Just wanted to say that I enjoyed the fact that you used Celsius temperature, that way I don't have to google for a conversion table.
