If anyone reading this can suggest a hosting service that offers SSH access and the ability for me to install any software I want, at a reasonable price ($40 a month or less), please do.? I am becoming more and more dissatisfied with my current host (Lunarpages).? Their server becomes unresponsive at the drop of a hat and trying to host a Rails site on it is impossible because I have no ability to restart the web server to reload everything.
